Stabilized rice bran oil – stabilized rice bran oil is a good source of zinc; it also contains plenty of microelements which help zinc perform various tasks in the body. Fibre from fruits and seeds can inhibit absorption of zinc, however the zinc biglycinate used in this product is in a form in which fibre does not disturb its absorption.
Spirulina – in addition to zinc, spirulina contains many other microelements, vitamins and micronutrients which support zinc in its various biological functions in the body.
Pumpkin seeds – pumpkin seeds are a good source of zinc; in addition, they contain copper which is an important structural element in the body’s own antioxidant system. The balance of copper and zinc is important for the well-being of the body. Pumpkin seeds also contain plenty of fatty acids which complement the importance of zinc for prostate health.
Acai berries – similarly to pumpkin seeds, acai berries contain zinc and copper which complement each other’s effects in the body.
