Terranova D-vitamin is a purely plant-based D3 vitamin (cholecalciferol). The raw material used in the product is made using a natural extraction method from lichen species that have a very high D3 vitamin content.
D-vitamin promotes the normal functioning of the immune system and contributes to the cell division process. D-vitamin regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, thereby participating in the building of bones, joints and healthy teeth. It is also necessary for maintaining normal muscle function. D-vitamin works closely with vitamin A, magnesium, zinc, vitamin K and boron in the body.
Dosage: 1 capsule a day with food.
