Stabilized rice bran oil (SRB) – Stabilized rice bran oil contains a significant amount of B vitamins, various B vitamin metabolites, as well as other micronutrients, such as zinc and magnesium, which support the effect and/or absorption and metabolism of B vitamins. Rice bran oil also contains trace elements necessary during periods of stress, such as potassium, zinc and iron.
Parsley leaf – Parsley contains several components that support the action and metabolism of B vitamins in the body, especially rich in folic acid, iron and vitamin C, which are needed together with vitamin B12 for the formation of haemoglobin.
Dandelion leaves – Dandelion leaves are a good source of B vitamins and nutrients that support them. They also contain iron, which is necessary for the production of haemoglobin.
Beetroot juice & leaves – Beetroot is a good source of folic acid and iron, both of which are needed for the formation of haemoglobin.
Ginger root – Ginger activates the secretion of gastric acid and gastric juices. Gastric juice contains a so-called “intrinsic factor”, which is necessary for the absorption of vitamin B12.
Yellow gentian – Like ginger, yellow gentian stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, which contains an internal factor that is important for the absorption of vitamin B12.
