Chaga mushroom grows in the forests of northern Siberia, northern Canada, northern Japan and the northeastern United States. It is also highly prized in Estonia. Chaga mushrooms are rich in polysaccharides with beta-glucans.
Use: 5-10g daily. You can pour hot water over the powder and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, but you can also use it cold (for example, in smoothies).
