Brushing your teeth twice a day is the foundation of good oral health. Only daily brushing can remove dental plaque, the fluorides reach the tooth structure and thus caries can be prevented. Also make sure you eat a healthy diet low in sugar and drink sugar-free beverages such as water or unsweetened tea.

Use: Use toothpaste 2x maximum 3x a day. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing your teeth
and rinse with water if desired. Avoid swallowing toothpaste.
Keep toothpaste out of reach of children. Toothpaste is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. For children from the age of 7, use a pea-sized amount and supervise your child while brushing their teeth to avoid swallowing excess toothpaste.
