A fortifying base coat for nails.

The nail polish does not contain toluene, camphor, formaldehyde and parabens.  All substances are biodegradable.

Instructions: Before applying nail polish, apply one coat of No. 31 Hardening Base coat. The base coat strengthens nails and protects the nail plate from discoloration. Then apply 1-2 coats of nail polish to the nail. The No. 33 Express Dry quick-drying top coat ensures fast drying, shine and long-lasting varnish.
